Mall Quest

WELCOME TO MALLQUEST!

Jesse has come to the mall with one goal in mind: pick up a copy of the hottest new game at their favorite games store: Gibbo Games! Come to find out, Gibbo Games has gone fully digital! Unsatisfied with an intangible edition of the game, Jesse sets off to break into the Gibbo Games vault and get their hands on that sweet, sweet CD.

This is inspired by classic Lucas Games titles like Monkey Island and Grim Fandango, as well as my childhood favorites like Spy Fox and Pajama Sam. Mall Quest is full of goofy humor and strange (moony?)  logic. 

I knew nothing about art or game development before I started so I'm learning everything as I go. Basically every asset is a placeholder until I can afford to pay an artist. THERE IS NO AUDIO CURRENTLY.

So far I just have Act 1 of the game and it's still pretty jank, but I'm attention seeking so I'll put out what I got.
